Hotel booking policy (6 or more rooms):

Payment policy for group bookings :
 
Upon confirmation a 50% deposit is requested for a total amounting to 50% of the total reserved allotment.

By 6th April 2026: An additional 50% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total reserved allotment. 

Failure to pay the remaining 100% deposit by 6th April 2026 will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all deposits paid. 

From 7th of April 2026: Any additional booking must be paid at the same time of booking. Bookings without payment will not be confirmed.
 
Final invoice will be issued and by the hotel after checking out.

From confirmation to February 5th, 2026: in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, you are committed to pay 10% of the total cost of your reservation(s) as administrative cancellation fees penalty.

From 6th of February 2026 to 6th of March 2026:  the confirmed allotment night by night is committed up to 30%. Any cancellation exceeding 70% of the confirmed allotment night by night will be fully invoiced.

From 7th of March 2026 to 6th of April 2026, the confirmed allotment night by night is committed up to 50%. Any cancellation exceeding 50% of the confirmed allotment night by night will be fully invoiced.

From 7th April 2026 to 7th May 2026: the confirmed allotment night by night is committed up to 70%. Any cancellation exceeding 30% of the confirmed allotment night by night will be fully invoiced.

From 8th of May 2026: the confirmed allotment night by night is committed up to 90%. Any cancellation exceeding 10% of the confirmed allotment night by night will be fully invoiced.

From 29th of May: the full allotment night by night is committed 100%.

*Porta Fira Hotel – there is a minimum 2-night stay on the 9^th and 10^th June.

Personal information protection: bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). Bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for b network’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company. By signing this contract, you confirm that you are entitled and have corresponding approval to disclose on behalf of a third-party data related to booking purposes (i.e. gender, email addresses, company of employment and accommodation details).
